On Saturday morning, jingta group was engaged in internal training, and the training instructor was manager qin wen from Marketing Department.

In the training, we experienced the red and black game."Red and black game" comes from Tucker, in 1950 he put forward awell-known game model of "prisoner's dilemma", in the game theory, this is a typical case of complete information static game. The rules of the game are like this: a group of people divided into two groups, the red side and the black side and keep another person with the information, and tell them the following rules.

In every round of voting, everyone will study whether the red card or the black card, and people think about the purpose of the game and how to use the rules to win.In the first three rounds, the A and B team all chose the red card, they have the same score. The turn came from the fourth round, team B throwing black CARDS in the fourth round, and team A won the game finally.

Team A thought whether team B choose black or red, as long as they choose red, the worst result is a draw, but team B thought it is not necessary to fight so fierce and appropriate step back will have a brighter future.so they release black card in fourth round.

After the training, each team representative shared and spoke their sentiments.Eventually, manager Qin summarized: red and black game is a mirror, the game itself is life of our own, and think about our performance in the game, take a look at ourselves in life whether or not like this?If it's positive, please insist it;If it's negative, please reflect it.It's all about our choices and state of mind,it has nothing to do with the matter itself and other person. We can choose to be happy, and no one can take it away.Weconsciously admonish ourself,to be happy to do things,to be happy to work, and to be responsible for our own team.

Through this training, jingta families enhanced friendship, improved team harmony, also understood each person's own problems, deeply realized the win-win situation.
